thomas Zetkulic

Chief of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for
Renaissance Global Services, LLC.

Mr. Zetkulic is the Chief of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for Renaissance Global Services, LLC. Tom is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with over thirty years’ experience in leading multi-disciplinary development projects for public and private clients.  Tom also serves as the Company’s lead for logistics and activation projects conducted for the Veteran’s Administration. Thomas was instrumental in developing our SDVOSB into a leading diversity supply firm focused on project management in the federal logistics, real estate, healthcare, and utility infrastructure sectors. Tom obtained his BA in Zoology and Environmental Science from the University of Vermont, His Master’s in Marine Resource Management from Oregon State University, as well as his MBA with focus on Land Use Planning and Real Estate from Rutgers University.

TONY MARTINEZ

President and Chief Executive Officer for
Renaissance Global Services, LLC,

Tony Martinez is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Renaissance Global Services, LLC, a project and construction management consulting firm focused on the pharmaceutical, infrastructure, and healthcare fields in the private and public sectors.

Tony is a proven leader with over twenty-five years of experience in leading multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams and conducting program/project management of multi-million-dollar projects in a wide variety of sectors. He has over twenty years of experience in managing municipal capital improvement projects and commercial and residential land development projects from inception through design and construction. He develops solutions to complex problems and transforms strategic visions into actionable plans complemented by firsthand knowledge and technical expertise. He has also conducted change management and process improvement for acquisition and delivery of data and applications in the banking sector. His experience includes multiple overseas assignments and extensive collaboration with private and government entities.

Tony holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and earned a Master’s Degree in Inter-American Defense and Security from Inter-American Defense College.

Tony has more than thirty years of service in the US Army. He is
currently a Colonel in the Army Reserve and the Commander of the 3rd Brigade, 98th Training Division responsible for supporting Army Basic Training at Fort Jackson, SC and Fort Benning, GA. He also served in
Iraq and Afghanistan and commanded an Airborne Civil Affairs Battalion.

ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

A vital part of the program is the concept of providing our Veterans a platform to engage with our younger generation and showing them the value of service to our country and each other. 

The Scholarship provides funds to an individual within a Veteran family who is enrolled in a ROTC program while attending a High School or Higher Education Institution in the United States.

Andrea Abatecola

STUDENT BIOGRAPHY

Andrea Abatecola was born in Tucson, Arizona. At the beginning of her eighth grade year, she and her family moved to Salem Oregon. She is currently a senior at North Salem High School and is a fourth-year cadet in the school’s Army JROTC program. She has served as a squad leader and the Battalion Adjutant. She currently serves as the Viking Battalion Commander; she also commands the Varangian Guard color guard and the Lady Vikings, an unarmed drill team. Andrea will lead her team at the Army Nationals and All-Service National Championships in May, 2023. She has a 3.76 cumulative GPA. After graduation in June 2023, Andrea intends to enroll in Western Oregon University and pursue a degree in health care. Andrea lives with her
mother and stepfather and her two younger brothers.
